Eruditus is in advanced discussions to secure $150 million in a new investment round headed by the Texas-based private equity company TPG, with a potential valuation of $2.3 billion.
This new valuation could be 28% less than the $3.2 billion it was previously valued at in August 2021, when the professional upskilling company reached the unicorn club after raising $650 million from a group of investors.
