Bengaluru-based Ayurvedic clinic chain Yuvrit Ayurveda has raised $800K in a seed funding round led by Incubate Fund Asia.
The funds will be used to expand its clinic network in Bengaluru, improve medical training and standardise procedures, hire senior Ayurveda doctors, and increase public awareness of preventive health and evidence-based Ayurvedic practices.

Co-founders Rahul Jhawar & Puroo Soni said, “Patients don’t need more quick fixes; they need root-cause healing guided by experts. Ayurveda has the depth to solve India’s chronic disease burden, but it needs structure, trust, and scientific rigor. Our goal is to bring Kerala’s most trusted clinical practices to every urban neighborhood with Yuvrit, a modern Ayurvedic care system that is authentic, standardized, and truly outcome-driven.”
About Yuvrit Ayurveda
Founded in 2024 by Puroo Soni and Rahul Jhawar, the Bengaluru-based Yuvrit Ayurveda provides modern, standardised Ayurvedic care for chronic lifestyle issues. Its approach blends traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern diagnostics, herbal medicines, Panchakarma treatments, and lifestyle guidance — all delivered through a patient-focused, online and offline care model.
The startup says it is creating a scalable and reliable outpatient care system based on classical Ayurveda, supported by modern diagnostics, digital tracking, and expert-designed treatment protocols. Its clinics aim to provide authentic, doctor-led, Kerala-style healing that is standardised, consistent, and focused on delivering results for urban patients.
Yuvrit says it has seen strong early traction, with high repeat patient visits and solid clinic-level unit economics. The startup currently has a 14-member team across clinical and central roles — including senior doctors, Panchakarma therapists, care coordinators, and operations staff. This team is expected to grow to over 30 as new clinics open in early 2026.
