About Troovy
Founded in 2023 by Mansi Baranwal and Aditya Mukherjee, Troovy makes healthy food products like high-protein chips, puffs, instant pasta, vermicelli, sauces, spreads, and milk mixes using multiple millets. All items are made from natural ingredients—no maida, refined sugar, palm oil, or chemical additives.
The brand started with a nutrition-rich, chemical-free ketchup after a year of testing. It uses protein-rich ingredients like dals, makhanas, green peas, and millets, and replaces artificial additives with natural options like soy flour and rosemary extract.
