Trading platform Trackk raises $1 million in seed round

New-age trading platform Trackk has raised $1 million in seed funding round from Mga Ventures, GSF Ventures.

The round also saw participation from GNP Group, Paras Defence, along with leading family offices and angel investors. 

Before this, the Mumbai-based company raised $100K in a pre-seed round from Maahavir Ventures.

The new funds will be used for team building, technology development, and improving user experience, Trackk said in a press release.

“We believe the next generation deserves a seamless, technology-driven platform,” said Vedant Gupte, CEO at Trackk. “With our funding, SEBI approval, and strong leadership team, we are ready to bring a fresh, ambitious vision to India’s capital markets.”

The company recently got SEBI approval to offer brokerage services on both NSE and BSE.

Before this license, Trackk operated for over three years as an Authorised Person, gaining 1.5 lakh registered users and handling over 6,000 trades daily, building a strong base of active traders and product insights.

Trackk plans to launch its trading platform soon, offering a single-screen, easy-to-use experience tailored for India’s youth. It will also provide personalized stock reports, data-driven portfolio ideas, and behavioral insights to help users make smarter decisions and improve their trading habits.
