Tractor Factory Secures Rs 4 crore in Pre-Seed Round Funding

Tractor Factory, based in Jabalpur, has raised Rs 4 crore (about $500,000) in its pre-seed round, led by early-stage investment firm All In Capital.

The round also saw participation from investors like Bharat Founders Fund, Devc, and family offices such as Dhingra Partners Prosperity Trust, linked to the Kirloskar Generators family office.

Angel investors including Samir Sood (Founder of Venture Highway), Abhishek Goyal (Founder of tracxn), Aayush Phumbra (Founder of Chegg), and Puneet Kumar (from Steadview Capital) also took part in the funding.

Shailesh Tiwari said, “We have seen the challenges that mid-income farmers meet due to the lack of access to reliable, low-cost tractors, contributing to generational poverty. At Tractor Factory, we aim to address this issue and are pleased to have the support of credible investors who believe in our mission. We aim to generate ₹1000 crores in revenue over the next three years, who has over a decade of experience in the tractor and farm equipment industry.

Funding Utilisation

The funds will be used to improve technology, expand the company’s reach, and enhance customer experience.
