Innovaccer 

Healthtech unicorn company, Innovaccer has raised $275 million in its Series F funding round which was a combination of primary and secondary transactions.

Neuberg Diagnostics

Kotak Strategic Situations India Fund II, managed by Kotak Alternate Asset Managers, has invested Rs 940 Crore ($109.5 million) in Neuberg Diagnostics to help with its expansion plans.

Oyo

Oyo, a top hospitality company, has raised ₹550 crore ($65 million) from Redsprig Innovation Partners, owned by its founder, Ritesh Agarwal.

Infinity Fincorp

Infinity Fincorp, a non-banking finance company (NBFC), has raised $15 million (around Rs 130 crore) in funding. This includes a $10 million equity investment from Jungle Ventures and $5 million from Archerman Capital.

Harsoria Healthcare

Harsoria Healthcare, a medical devices manufacturer has raised $20 million funding from Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II (TCHF II), a healthcare focused private equity fund of Tata Capital.

GrayQuest 

GrayQuest, a fintech startup, has raised Rs 80 crore (around $9.3 Mn) in a Series B funding round from IIFL Fintech Fund, Claypond Capital ( family office of Manipal Group’s Ranjan Pai) and Pravega Ventures.

Vehant Technologies

AI-based security company Vehant Technologies has raised $9 million in funding through non-convertible debentures from True North's Private Credit fund.

Beyond Snack

Kerala-based banana chips brand Beyond Snack has raised $8.3 million in a funding round led by 12 Flags Group, a fund focused on consumer businesses. 

Mintoak

Mintoak, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform has raised Rs 71 crore in a secondary funding round by Z3Partners, a venture capital firm.

EMO Energy

Deep energy tech startup Emo Energy has raised $6.2 million in a Series A funding round led by Subhkam Ventures.
