Harsoria Healthcare Bags $20 Mn From Tata Capital Healthcare Fund

Harsoria Healthcare, a medical devices manufacturer has raised $20 million funding from Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II (TCHF II), a healthcare focused private equity fund of Tata Capital.

The round also saw investments from notable investors like Utpal Sheth, Ashish Kacholia and associates, and the LNB Group. 

Candle Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Harsoria Healthcare and its shareholders for this transaction.

Harsoria Healthcare plans to use the funds to expand its manufacturing capacity, boost R&D efforts and grow its business.

Gurugram-based Harsoria, founded in 2002, is an integrated manufacturer of single-use medical devices. Its products include vascular access devices like cannulas and catheters, infusion systems such as IV sets and pumps, and hemodialysis products like bloodline sets and AV fistula needles. 

The company also makes respiratory care devices, including oxygen and nebulizer masks, as well as stoppers and stopcocks for controlling fluid flow in medical systems.
