Tech-first Laundry Startup Revivo Raises Funding

Revivo, a tech-focused laundry and dry-cleaning startup, has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed Series A funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV).

The startup will use the new funds to improve its technology, boost branding efforts and hire talent to drive growth and strengthen its market position.

Khushboo & Vikas, co-founders of Revivo, said, “At Revivo, we are revolutionizing the laundry industry by combining convenience, quality, and eco-conscious practices. Recognising this, Revivo assists hundreds of urbanites manage their laundry, dry cleaning, premium laundry, ironing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, etc, right from pick-up to delivery at a highly competitive price. We believe this idea has a lot of potential for growing India where people want to prioritise productivity more than ever.”

India’s laundry and dry-cleaning market is worth $47.9 billion but is mostly unorganized with 95% of businesses operating independently. Revivo plans to capture $1 billion of the market share in the next 10 years.

Gurugram-based REVIVO was founded in 2022 by Khushboo Gupta and Vikas Agarwal, it is india's first D2C dry cleaning brand, catering to people's dry cleaning and laundry needs.

The startup claims that it processes over 5,000 orders and handles 3 lakh garments each month, focusing on sustainability with eco-friendly packaging and reusable delivery boxes.
