StayVista, Luxury villa and homestay rental startup, has raised Rs 40 crore (around $5 Mn) in a Series B funding round led by JSW Ventures.
The round also saw participation from existing investors DSG Consumer Partners and Capri Global Family Office.

The startup plans to use the fresh funds to expand into new markets, strengthen its team and increase the supply of premium vacation homes on its platform.
About StayVista
Founded in 2015 by Ankita Sheth, Amit Damani and Pranav Maheshwari, the Mumbai-based StayVista initially offered budget accommodations through its online platform but later pivoted to focus on luxury properties and homestays, catering to travellers seeking premium rental experiences.
StayVista operates on both B2C and B2B models. For consumers, it offers luxury rental properties through its online platform. On the B2B side, it provides maintenance services to property owners, charging a service fee in addition to listing fees.
The startup has partnered with major online travel platforms like MakeMyTrip (MMT), Goibibo, and Airbnb to expand its reach. StayVista claims a presence in 85+ destinations with a portfolio of over 1,000 properties and has served more than 1 million guests to date.
