SpaceTech Startup TakeMe2Space Raises Rs 5.5 Cr Funding

Hyderabad-based SpaceTech startup TakeMe2Space has raised Rs 5.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Seafund.

The round also saw participation from Artha Venture Fund, Blume Ventures, AC Ventures, and other angel investors.

Funding Utilisation

The startup will utilize the funds to scale operations, expand into new regions, enhance its product portfolio, invest in R&D, and accelerate customer acquisition.

The startup plans to use the funds to launch MOI-1, India's first AI lab in space. The launch will ensure a smooth experience for its 15+ early customers running orbital applications.

TakeMe2Space expects its revenue to double in the next 12 months, the statement said.

TakeMe2Space plans to focus on increasing the adoption of its satellite subsystems in India, Australia, and Europe. Over the past year, the startup has grown to a team of 17+ and developed more than 15 satellite sensors and subsystems.

About TakeMe2Space 

Founded in 2024 by Ronak Kumar Samantray, TakeMe2Space is improving satellite applications by solving data processing challenges in space. It has already completed two space missions with ISRO's PSLV Orbital Experiment Platform (POEM), showcasing a new radiation shielding coat.

The startup aims to make space research more accessible by improving radiation shielding, propulsion systems, and inter-satellite communication in India.
