ValueBridge Capital, part of the Merisis Group, has acquired Boon Capital, an investment banking firm that specializes in early-stage venture funding. The financial details of the deal were not revealed.
As part of the acquisition, Garima Seth, Founder and Managing Director of Boon Capital, and her team will join the Merisis Group.
This move is expected to strengthen Merisis Group's services in early-stage fundraising advice. Merisis Group is a full-service financial firm offering investment banking, venture capital and wealth management.

ValueBridge Capital focuses on advising founders in their first institutional fundraise, specifically for pre-Series A and Series A rounds, with investment sizes ranging from $3-15 million. Merisis Advisors handles later-stage funding.
