Catalyx Space, a space-tech startup has raised $1.7 million (around INR 14.7 Cr) in its pre-seed funding round led by HF0 Residency.
The round also saw participation from other founders, Inc. and a host of Silicon Valley and sovereign fund investors.
Funding Utilisation
The startup plans to use the new funds for product development, including building a 100 kg satellite bus and testing technology for re-entry capsules.

Rifath Shaarook, founder and CEO, Catalyx Space, said, “These funds are crucial for the expansion of Catalyx’s product offerings and customer base. By providing standardised APIs and mass-manufactured satellites, Catalyx hopes to lower the barriers for developers working on payloads.”
