Sarvam Properties secures equity funding, launches Rs 300 Cr Assure X platform

Mumbai-based real estate firm Sarvam Properties has raised undisclosed strategic equity funding from Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia—founders of PharmEasy and All Home—along with a group of angel investors, the company said.

The funding will help the company tackle a common challenge in Mumbai’s real estate market, where developers often face cash-flow issues between sales and revenue collection, the company said.

The company’s new initiative, Assure X, aims to solve this problem by using real-time sales data and preset liquidity triggers to predict funding gaps and provide timely capital, helping projects run smoothly.

“It is a framework that converts market complexity into measurable order. For developers, it means working within a system where progress and liquidity move in tandem," said Manan Joshi, founder of Sarvam Properties. 

The funds will also help Sarvam improve its operations and expand across Mumbai’s development areas. The company plans to upgrade its technology, enhance advisory services, and build specialized teams for project strategy and customer engagement.

“Technology has always been central to how we operate. With Assure X, we are extending that approach, uses AI not as a label but as a tool that brings clarity, precision, and speed to project execution," said Monty Joshi, cofounder of Sarvam Properties.
