RPSG Ventures acquires 40% stake in Falguni Shane Peacock

Sanjiv Goenka’s RPSG Ventures has approved a deal to buy 40% of luxury fashion label FSP Design for Rs 455.17 crore in cash. The company will also have the option to purchase another 10% within 18–24 months after the deal closes.

Under the agreement, RPSG Ventures will buy 40% of FSP Design through a mix of new investment and buying shares from existing owners Falguni Shane Peacock, Shane Jude Peacock, and other shareholders.

The deal marks RPSG Ventures’ entry into the luxury fashion space and helps it build a more diversified lifestyle portfolio.

Founded by Falguni Peacock and Shane Peacock, FSP Design Private Limited designs, manufactures, markets, and sells apparel and accessories under its luxury brand Falguni Shane Peacock/FSP. It sells its products through exclusive stores, multi-brand outlets, and online channels in India and abroad.

FSP reported operating revenue of INR 91.75 crore in FY 2024–25 up from INR 76.50 crore in FY 2023–24 and INR 68.50 crore in FY 2022–23. The brand sells across India and overseas through exclusive stores, multi-brand outlets, and online channels.
