Rangsons Aerospace, an aerospace and defence tech startup, has raised Rs 300 crore ($36.5 million) in funding from ValueQuest Investment Advisors.
The company plans to use the funds to expand operations and explore new business opportunities through acquisitions.
This is the first investment by ValueQuest Tristar Fund, a Category II AIF that focuses on defence, aerospace and precision engineering.

“We are excited about this fundraise from ValueQuest. It will help accelerate our expansion plans and enhance our ability to serve the growing demands of the aerospace and defence sectors,” said Pavan Ranga, managing director of Rangsons Aerospace.

About Rangsons Aerospace
Founded in 2011, Rangsons Aerospace is part of the Mysuru-based NR Group and has three manufacturing units in Bengaluru and Mysuru.
The company provides satellite communication systems, thermal management solutions, and fluid distribution systems to major aerospace firms like Boeing, GE, and Honeywell, as well as Indian organizations like ISRO, the Indian Navy, and HAL.
In January 2024, it signed a five-year deal with Boeing to supply tubes and ducts for aerospace systems.
