Babycare quick commerce platform Peeko has raised $3.2 million in a seed funding round led by Stellaris Venture Partners.
Other angle investors including Maninder Gulati, former chief strategy officer at OYO; Kunal Bahl undefined Abhishek Goyal, cofounder of tracxn; Nitin Gupta, founder and chief executive of Uni; and Arjun Vaidya, cofounder of V3 Ventures, also participated in this round.
The Bengaluru-based company will use the funds to improve its products, expand its supply, and hire new staff.

“Apart from building the right product assortment and supply chain, we are working on the technology and products to create seamless ‘try and buy’ and instant return experiences,” said Peeko cofounder Chetan Sharma.
“The baby and kids’ market is large, fragmented, and largely unbranded, with attractive gross margins. While offline remains the dominant channel in this market, e-commerce has struggled to penetrate meaningfully. Quick commerce presents an opportunity to combine offline reliability with online convenience for time-constrained parents,” said Mayank Jain, principal, Stellaris Venture Partners, in a prepared statement.
About Peeko
Founded in 2025 by former Leap executives Chetan Sharma and Abhijit Gairola, and ex-OYO executive Vivek Khetan, Peeko delivers carefully selected babycare products in under 60 minutes.
Peeko sells products like diapers, toys, baby food, personal care items, gifts, puzzles, and clothing, mainly for children aged 0–6 years.
Still in its beta stage, the startup currently runs one dark store and delivers to 10 Bengaluru pincodes through its website. Sharma told Inc42 that Peeko plans to open two more dark stores in the next three to six months and add 15,000–20,000 SKUs within nine months.
Looking ahead, the startup aims to expand in Bengaluru, run pilot launches in other metro cities, and build a unique supply chain for high-quality products.
Peeko also plans to launch its Android app next month and partner with both established and emerging babycare brands to enhance its product range.
