PropertyPistol raises ₹25 crore in pre-series B round

PropertyPistol, a Proptech startup, has raised $2.7 Mn (INR 25 Cr) in a Pre-Series B round led by ace investor Ashish Kacholia.

The round also saw participation from its existing investors.

The startup will use the new funds to expand its presence in Dubai. Earlier this month, it announced an AED 10 Mn (around INR 25 Lakh) investment in the UAE. It says it has handled real estate transactions worth INR 3,000 Cr in the region over the past three years.

The funds will also be used to strengthen its presence and improve operations in the Delhi-NCR real estate market. In addition, the startup plans to speed up the development of its technology platform and its syndication-based distribution network to offer a better experience to customers, developers, and channel partners.

“Dubai continues to dominate global property investments while NCR represents india’s strongest demand engine; therefore, strengthening both markets forms the backbone of our growth architecture,” said, Ashish Narain Agarwal, founder of PropertyPistol.

Founded in 2012 by Ashish Narain Agarwal, PropertyPistol connects builders, brokers, and customers for advice and sales in residential and commercial real estate.

Started to simplify real estate deals using technology, PropertyPistol has grown into a full-service real estate platform. It now offers tools like advanced analytics and customer relationship software, along with new tech integrations to make property transactions easier and improve user experience.

The startup operates in more than 30 cities across India. It also has a dedicated Dubai desk that helps Indian buyers invest in UAE real estate.
