Dhun Wellness secures $4 Mn in round for expansion

Dhun Wellness, a luxury urban wellness venture, has raised $4 Mn (INR 36.6 Cr) in a fresh funding round from SRF Ltd and Havells India.

The round saw participation from Indian family offices including Inspira global director Arushi Aayush Agrawal, Saama Capital founder and managing partner Ash Lilani, tracxn cofounder Abhishek Goyal, Genesis Luxury founder Sanjay Kapoor, and others.

The startup will use the new funds to expand into Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad, and to open a physical centre in the Delhi NCR region.

Some of the funds will also be used to improve its clinical and longevity-focused services and to strengthen operations across its centres.

Dhun Wellness was founded in 2023 by Actor Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Kapoor as a rejuvenation centre to offer spa treatments and wellness therapies.
 
The startup’s flagship centre in Bandra, Mumbai, opened in May 2025 and offers regenerative facials, Ayurvedic healing and other treatments.

Looking ahead, the wellness startup plans to develop a full longevity-focused vertical with an emphasis on preventive care, personalised wellness plans and long-term health improvement.

Aimed at urban consumers, Dhun Wellness says it is seeing 15% month-on-month growth in demand, though it has not shared specific figures.
