Premium haircare startup &Done raises ₹6.5 cr in pre-seed round

Indian premium Haircare brand And Done (written as ‘&Done’) has raised Rs 6.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by early stage VC fund All In Capital. 

The round also saw participation from M.G. Investments and several angel investors.

The funds will be used to grow the team, speed up product development, and expand the brand’s presence in salons and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels across India.

“Haircare remains one of the toughest categories to crack in the beauty space as products are often rejected after a single use, unlike skincare where consumers show patience. However, &Done has understood this challenge deeply and built a brand around genuinely solving hair issues with highly effective formulations. As Indian consumers become increasingly aspirational and willing to pay a premium for products that work, we believe &Done is positioned to become a category-defining brand,” said Aditya Singh, Co-founder, All In Capital.

Salons in India still rely on imported professional brands but Indian hair type and weather is different and consumers expect results, not just promises. Hence, we believe it’s time for Indian hair to have its own high-performance, professional haircare brand.”

Founded in 2025 by engineers turned serial entrepreneurs Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain, &Done is developing a first-of-its-kind professional haircare brand designed specifically for Indian hair types and weather conditions.

Since its launch, the brand has partnered with 1,500 stylists across 300+ premium salons in major cities, blending a salon-based distribution model with a direct-to-consumer range of shampoos and conditioners for at-home care.

&Done said its products are made with globally sourced active ingredients and are tested to deliver visible repair results.
