The funds will be used to grow Yubi’s operations in Southeast Asia and the US, strengthen its presence in the Middle East, and invest more in its AI products. The money will also help support global expansion and scale Yubi’s financial services platform.

Loan-management platform Yubi raises Rs 411 Cr from EvolutionX

Loan distribution and management platform Yubi has raised Rs 411 crore (around $46.3 million) in a new funding round.

The fintech company raised the new funding through a combination of long-term structured debt and equity. EvolutionX Debt Capital has committed up to ₹336 crore (about $38 million), while founder and CEO Kumar has invested another ₹75 crore (around $8.5 million). With this, his total personal equity investment has crossed ₹330 crore.

The funds will be used to grow Yubi’s operations in Southeast Asia and the US, strengthen its presence in the Middle East, and invest more in its AI products. The money will also help support global expansion and scale Yubi’s financial services platform.

"The fresh capital reflects confidence in the company’s plan to build a global operating system for financial services. He added that the partnership with EvolutionX gives Yubi access to flexible long-term capital, " said, Founder and CEO Gaurav Kumar said.

"Yubi has delivered strong scale and technology advancement while working toward profitability. He said EvolutionX sees clear potential for the company to expand its credit infrastructure model to global markets, " Rahul Shah, partner at EvolutionX Debt Capital, said.
