Circle raises ₹3.4 crore in pre-seed round led by Titan Capital

Circle, a full-stack platform for buying and selling pre-owned products, has secured ₹3.4 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by early-stage VC firm Titan Capital, with participation from Raveen Sastry (Co-founder of myntra).

The funds will help Circle improve its AI tools for pricing, product grading, and catalog matching. The startup will expand its electronics and home categories, grow its Bengaluru operations, and enter new cities by 2026.

Chirag Kataruka, Co-founder, Circle, said, “We are building a C2C platform where trust is built into every transaction. Our goal is simple: make buying pre-owned goods feel as safe and seamless as buying new, while unlocking savings for buyers and income for sellers.”

“Indian households today own more products and replace them faster than ever, yet resale remains broken. Circle’s trust-first approach and full-stack model can unlock one of the largest consumer opportunities of this decade,” said a spokesperson for Titan Capital.

About Circle

Founded in 2025 by Ankit Misra and Chirag Kataruka, Circle is a C2C marketplace that makes buying and selling used goods safer and easier. Its platform uses AI to verify listings, provides doorstep pickup and delivery, and ensures secure payments—removing the usual risks of C2C transactions.

With AI-led checks and end-to-end logistics, Circle brings trust and quality assurance to every sale. Buyers get verified products delivered to their door with full payment protection, while sellers can list items quickly, receive transparent prices, and get paid instantly after pickup and verification.

Since its soft launch in August 2025, Circle has gained over 17,000 users in Bengaluru, especially in electronics, furniture, appliances, and home goods.

In the coming year, Circle will continue to focus on these core categories, strengthen its presence in Bengaluru, and expand to other cities by late 2026. The platform is currently active only in Bengaluru but will soon launch in major cities across India.
