JSW One Platform Enters Unicorn Club After Raising Rs 340 Cr Funding

JSW One Platforms Ltd., a B2B e-commerce platform, has raised Rs 340 crore funding from Principal Asset Management, OneUp, JSW Steel, and other investors.

The latest $1 billion valuation is over three times higher than its April 2023 funding round.

Earlier, JSW One raised Rs 205 crore from Japan’s Mitsui & Co. to boost its credit and logistics operations and enter new markets.

The company will use the funds to grow its supply chain in cement and steel, and to expand its distribution and logistics network across India. 

It also plans to scale its fintech and lending businesses to provide credit to MSMEs.

This capital allows us to expand our service network, scale our private brands and NBFC arm, and invest further in tech and logistics. We’re building a supply chain that will continue to add efficiency for MSMEs across India," said Gaurav Sachdeva, Joint Managing Director & CEO, JSW One Platforms.

JSW One wants to make sourcing easier and help over 500,000 building and manufacturing MSMEs grow faster by offering a full ecosystem that includes commerce, credit, and delivery.
