Gully Labs raises Rs 30 crore in Series A round

Gully Labs, an Indian sneaker brand, has raised Rs 30 crore in a Series A funding round led by Saama Capital with participation from existing investor Zeropearl VC.

The round also saw participation from founders and angel investors across consumer, food, and education technology sectors, including Sangeet Agrawal (Founder of Mokobara), Viraj Bahl (Founder of Veeba), Roman Saini and Gaurav Munjal (Co-founders of unacademy), Sanjay Kapoor (Founder of Genesis Luxury), and Radhika Gupta (MD and CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund).

The startup will use the funds to grow its product range and expand offline stores in major indian cities. Some of the funds will also be used to boost brand visibility in international markets like the US and UK.

Founded in 2023 by Arjun Singh and Animesh Mishra, Delhi NCR-based Gully Labs is a D2C sneaker brand that blends Indian culture with premium sneaker design, featuring collections inspired by traditional art, like Phulkari and Onam.

Since March last year, it has achieved ₹30 crore in annualised revenue and opened offline stores in five Indian cities. The startup aims to reach ₹100 crore in annualised revenue by FY27.
