GrowthPal Raises $2.6 Million funding led by Ideaspring Capital

GrowthPal, a Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) matchmaking platform, has secured $2.6 Mn (INR 23.5 Cr) in a strategic round led by Ideaspring Capital with participation from other undisclosed angel investors.

The funding will be used to advance product development and expand GrowthPal’s international presence, as demand rises for more structured and efficient inorganic growth strategies.

“M&A sourcing is where most time and effort is wasted, especially for smaller and mid-market deals,” said Maneesh Bhandari, co-founder and CEO of GrowthPal. “Teams spend weeks researching, filtering, and chasing opportunities that never go anywhere. We built GrowthPal to help buyers focus only on high-intent, high-fit targets and move from mandate to meaningful conversations far faster.”

Founded in 2020 by Maneesh Bhandari, Shalu Mitruka and Amaresh Shirsat, GrowthPal has developed an M&A copilot. The AI-powered platform analyses public filings, web activity, and other signals from its database to identify acquisition targets that closely match a buyer’s mandate.

GrowthPal says its AI-powered platform helps teams identify the right acquisition targets based on strategic intent, sector context, and readiness to transact.

The startup claims it has supported 42 M&A transactions so far and enabled more than 210 letter of intent (LoI)–stage discussions across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Its clients include large enterprises, mid-market companies, and startups in sectors such as SaaS and fintech.

Looking ahead, GrowthPal plans to introduce new features, including valuation insights, deal structuring, and tools to support negotiation preparation.
