Flexprice secures $500K in pre-seed round led by TDV Partners

Open-source billing and metering platform Flexprice has raised $500K in a pre-seed funding round led by TDV Partners. 

Other angel investors including cofounder of Magicpin Brij Bhushan, cofounder of Innovaccer Sandeep Gupta and founder of Aftershoot Harshit Dwivedi, among others also participated in this round.

The startup plans to use the funds to expand its engineering team, add payment integrations and grow its open-source offering.

“Today’s AI and agentic teams need to move fast as the competition on product distribution goes up. The ability to move fast with pricing and scalable billing plays a critical role. Flexprice is built to ensure pricing, packaging and billing are never a bottleneck,” Manish Choudhary, CEO of Flexprice.

“A lot of the funding will be used to build our product really well,” Choudhary added. “The plan is to build a robust product and infrastructure and at the same time focus on the distribution on the developer side which includes scaling up the open source.”
