D2C Fashion Brand Littlebox Raises Rs 17.5 Cr in Seed Round

Littlebox, a GenZ-focussed fast fashion brand has raised Rs 17.5 Cr (around $2 Mn) in a seed funding round co-led by Huddle Ventures and Prath Ventures, with participation from a host of angel investors.

Littlebox cofounder and CEO Rimjhim Deka said the new funds will be used to strengthen the startup’s technology and grow its team.

According to the company’s RoC filings, Huddle Ventures invested around ₹7.49 crore, while Prath Ventures contributed ₹7.99 crore through its Eternal Emerging Enterprises Fund I.

About Littlebox 

Founded in 2022 by husband-wife duo Partha Kakati and Deka, Littlebox is a fast fashion D2C brand that sells trendy clothing through its website and mobile app.

What sets it apart is its real-time retail model. Based in Guwahati, the brand follows a 15-day inventory cycle and launches new designs every 25 days, avoiding overstocking.

Using its tech backend, Littlebox tracks website activity to predict demand for new designs—giving it an edge over traditional brands that work on seasonal trends. It introduces fresh styles every two weeks.

The company runs its own manufacturing and warehousing in Delhi NCR and has around 100 employees. Littlebox claims to have been profitable since launch and has doubled its growth each year for the past three years.

So far, Littlebox has fulfilled around 1.2 million orders and sees about 1 lakh visitors on its website every day.
