Everbright Health raises $7 Mn in seed round led by W Health Ventures

Everbright Health, a tech-enabled managed services platform that helps mental health providers deliver advanced interventions as part of everyday care, has raised $7 million in a seed funding round led by W Health Ventures and Sanos Capital.

The funding will be used to enhance technology, speed up growth in the US market, and apply similar models to other advanced therapies.

"Mental health care has made real progress in expanding access to therapy and medications. But for millions of people, they need more. We're building a future where every mental health provider can deliver a full spectrum of care, including advanced interventions that many patients need to get better," said Ben Kuhn, Co-founder and CEO at Everbright Health.

"We're bullish on the asset-light management services organization model because it allows us to build genuine partnerships with clinicians rather than compete with them. When we couldn't find one in psychiatry, we built it ourselves. With remarkable outcomes and growing demand, these treatments are on the cusp of becoming mainstream, poised for their own 'GLP-1 moment' of adoption," said Dr. Pankaj Jethwani, Managing Partner at W Health Ventures.

Everbright’s platform combines proprietary technology with an AI-powered operations team in the US and India. It helps mental health practices identify eligible patients, manage prior authorisations, ensure compliance, deliver treatments, and handle revenue cycles.

Within three months of launch, Everbright signed contracts with over 75 behavioral health providers across seven US markets. The company plans to use new funding to expand its technology, grow in the US, and introduce new therapy areas using similar models.

Everbright Health is part of Careforce Inc., with its India team managing clinical operations, technology development, and workflow optimisation.
