ELIVAAS raises Rs 87 Cr in Series B round led by Vertex Ventures

ELIVAAS, a luxury vacation rental platform has raised Rs 87 crore (around $10.4 million) in its Series B funding round, led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.

Existing investors, Peak XV Partners’ accelerator programme for early-stage startups Surge, and venture firm 3one4 Capital, also participated in this round.

The company will use the funds to grow its reach in India, expand to other countries and boost its brand visibility.

About Elivaas 

Founded in 2023 by Ritwik Khare and Karan Miglani, Gurugram-based Elivaas runs a management platform for villas and luxury apartments, helping owners earn from, manage, and maintain their properties. Focused on second-home owners and vacation renters, it has hosted about 1,50,000 guests so far.

The company plans to expand to top destinations like the UAE, Sri Lanka, Bangkok, and Bali, and later to other parts of Southeast Asia.

It works in two main areas—personal and business use. Personal stays make up about 65–70% of its business, while the newer business segment contributes around 30%.
