DeHaat cofounder and CEO Shashank Kumar shared that the startup generated ₹3,000 crore in revenue in FY25 and is currently operating at an annual revenue run rate (ARR) of ₹4,000 crore.

This marks an 11% increase from the ₹2,700 crore revenue reported in FY24.

In FY24, DeHaat posted a net loss of ₹1,133.1 crore, mainly due to a non-cash CCPS fair value adjustment of ₹888.4 crore. Without this, the loss was ₹225 crore.

Shashank Kumar credited DeHaat’s FY25 revenue growth to high-margin private label sales, exclusive agri-input distribution partnerships, and a stronger focus on exports, storage, and food processing.

He noted that the company exported goods worth ₹430 crore to 32 countries in FY25, and private label products made up around 25% of its total revenue for the year.

About DeHaat

Founded in 2012 by Shashank Kumar, Shyam Sundar Singh, Amrendra Singh, Adarsh Srivastava, and Abhishek Dokania, DeHaat is a full-stack agritech startup that provides a range of services, including agri-input sales, expert advisory, and export support.

It generates revenue by selling seeds, fertilisers, and pesticides to farmers and earns commissions by sourcing produce from them and supplying it to institutional buyers, traders, exporters, and processors.

While most advisory services are free, DeHaat charges for premium offerings like soil testing, customized farm plans, and pest control. It also works with financial partners to offer farmers credit and crop insurance.

The platform claims to serve over 14 lakh registered farmers, delivering 300+ hours of advisory services monthly. It runs more than 8,000 DeHaat Centres, covering over 80,000 hectares of farmland.
