Clean-tech startup HYLENR raises $3 Mn in pre-Series A round

HYLENR, an emerging clean energy company has raised $3 million in pre-Series A funding round led by Valour Capital and Chhattisgarh Investments Limited.

The round also saw participation from other investors such as  Karthik Sundar Iyer and Anant Sarda.

HYLENR said the funds will help fast-track its move from pilot phase to market launch, signaling growing investor confidence in LENR as a promising alternative to fossil fuels.

Launched in 2024, HYLENR Technologies is a next-gen energy startup developing LENR-based hybrid heat systems to transform thermal energy use in sectors like manufacturing, oil & gas, district heating, and water desalination. The company holds two patents—one for its product design and another for its core process innovation.

HYLENR says pilot projects are already in progress with top government institutions and industrial partners, aiming to replace fossil-fuel systems with sustainable alternatives. Its product line spans from 7.2KW units for homes to 1MW systems for industrial-scale thermal energy needs.
