Alumni engagement platform Vaave raises Rs 6.6 crore in maiden external funding

Alumni engagement and networking platform Vaave has raised Rs 6.6 crore in its first major external funding round led by Aditya Vuchi (VCMint) and Raj Narayanam (RAN Ventures, founder & executive chairman of Zaggle). 

The funds will be used to enter new markets, improve products, and reinforce its leadership in alumni networking.

Over the past 10 years, Vaave has expanded steadily, partnering with 1,200+ institutions in 28 countries — including IISc, 5 IITs, 10 IIMs, 13 NITs, and 2 IIITs — along with other top institutions. The company also manages 35 corporate alumni platforms for leading organizations like Tata Steel, Deloitte, Virtusa, and Bosch.
