All Things People raises ₹7 Crore in seed round

All Things People (ATP), a next-generation human resources technology startup, has secured ₹ 7 crore in a seed funding round from investors including Varun Alagh (Founder & CEO, Honasa), Amit Dalmia, Alex von Behr, Vivek Gambhir, and Amit Sinha.

The funding will help ATP improve and grow its main product, ATP reflect, by adding better employee feedback tools, advanced analytics, actionable insights, stronger security, and expanding marketing and sales.

About All Things People

Founded in 2024 by Anish Singh, Kshitij Jain, and Shashank Shekhar, the Bengaluru-based All Things People (ATP) is a modern HR tech company focused on improving workplace experiences worldwide. 

Using AI, people science, and organizational insights, it offers scalable, personalized solutions. Its first product, atp|reflect, helps leaders listen, gather insights, and create real change.

In a short time, ATP has onboarded 15 clients, including a Big Four consulting firm, top automobile makers, premium hotel chains, unicorn startups, e-commerce companies, and pharma firms. It currently operates in India, Australia, and Sri Lanka, with plans for global expansion.
