Gabit, a health and wellness startup, was launched on Friday by Gaurav Gupta, a former CEO and co-founder of Zomato.
In a LinkedIn post, Gupta—who co-founded Gabit along his wife Aparna Shahi—stated that the startup will include goods and services like skincare products, customised diet and exercise regimens, activity trackers, nutritional goods, and other healthcare stuff.

“We at Gabit are taking a holistic approach towards health goals – combining the best of fitness, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness and skincare. Science tells us that our body doesn’t function in silos. In simpler words, health is interconnected. For instance, for getting fit or healthy ageing, you need to be active, eat better, control your stress and manage your sleep well,” he stated in a post on LinkedIn.
September 2021, Gupta resigned from the Gurugram-based food delivery firm. He had worked at Zomato for six years.
