Mohit Gupta, a former senior executive at Zomato, and Mukesh Bansal, the founder of Myntra, secured $26 million in initial funding for Lyskraft, their omnichannel fashion firm.
Prosus, Sofina, and partners of DST Global participated in the round led by Peak XV Partners. Deep Kalra and Rajesh Magow of Makemytrip, as well as Deepinder Goyal, the founder and CEO of Zomato, were among the angel investors that took part.

With the seed capital, the collaboration will be able to go forward with its goal of creating an omnichannel network for luxury labels, first for women’s apparel and then branching out into other lifestyle segments, as reported by ET.
The firm has been developing stealthily over the past few months, and as part of a market testing drive, it just opened an online platform and a high-end pop-up store at Ambience Mall in Gurugram.
