Vineet Singh, the Chief Technology Officer of global HR technology company Darwinbox, has been promoted to the position of Co-founder.
Singh will be responsible for leading initiatives to improve consumer success by utilizing emerging technologies, in addition to expanding the company’s global footprint and driving product innovation.
In 2015, Vineet Singh joined Darwinbox after spending his early career as an engineer developing products in both consumer and SaaS technology.
Over the past two years, the Hyderabad-based organization has experienced a threefold increase in growth and is currently in the process of swiftly expanding into new markets, including the United States and the United Kingdom.
Darwinbox has also introduced several industry-first innovations, such as the first HR-specific large language model and integration with Microsoft Teams.
Darwinbox optimizes talent management by integrating state-of-the-art AI technology and employee experiences. Its cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) software is designed to meet the HR requirements of employees throughout their entire careers.
Vineet Singh, said: “Our philosophy has always been about building a platform rather than just a product. We have been early adopters in launching HR-specific large language models (LLMs), and we’ll continue to invest heavily in this area. However, the key point is that we see AI evolving into a platform layer, integrated as a common inbuilt capability, rather than it being an individual offering. AI will also become a key lever to deliver agility and experience for the customers”
