CrowdStrike Appoints Kartik Shahani as Vice President of India and South Asian Association

Today, CrowdStrike appointed Kartik Shahani as the vice president of India and SAARC. Shahani will be responsible for the regional go-to-market strategy of CrowdStrike, which is designed to expedite the sustained growth and customer adoption of the market-leading CrowdStrike Falcon® cybersecurity platform.

Shahani is a seasoned leader in the field of sales operations, with over 30 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity. His expertise includes capacity planning, growth strategies, and both top and bottom-line profitability.

Shahani most recently served as the managing director of India/SAARC at Tenable, where he oversaw the company’s regional expansion, acquiring customers in all key BFSI segments, and increasing renewal rates. Shahani has served as the regional sales director for several prominent cybersecurity and technology organizations, including Dell EMC, IBM, and McAfee.

Shahani has joined CrowdStrike at a time when the company is making substantial investments in its regional operations. This includes the establishment of a new, state-of-the-art office in Pune in the amount of 52,000 square feet earlier this year.
