Capillary Technologies has promoted Siddhant Jain to Chief Customer Officer, Asia.
Siddhant has contributed more than 13 years of devoted service, during which time he has helped to shape the company’s customer success strategy, drive transformation, and spur growth.

Siddhant joined Capillary in 2011 and advanced fast into leadership positions, where he made significant contributions to improving operational excellence and account management. He has effectively led the Customer Success team for the past ninety-six months, establishing a solid farming cadence and forging an operational structure. His direction in the Asia-Pacific area has been crucial in building a profitable, high-achieving business unit.
