London-based Another Acquisition took over Nyxion.ai, a New Delhi-based supplier of AI-powered email solutions. Another acquisition has so far made three exits from the email marketing sector after acquiring various companies in the area.

The two businesses from Another Acquisition will work together to dominate the market for smart email solutions. According to Nyxion.ai, the Another Acquisition deal will enable it to access a variety of information, market insights, strategic counsel, and business expertise, as per reported by Inc42.
