Adobe plans to strengthen its product line by integrating Rephrase's tech-stack and generative AI-video-capabilities with its own video-editing-platform, Creative Cloud. The Bengaluru-based startup Rephrase.ai, offers a text-to-video-generation-platform that streamlines the process and enables users to produce videos with a polished appearance, as reported by The Economic Times.com.

Most of Rephrases staff will join Adobe as part of the agreement. This will allow Adobe expand its capacity to offer its clients driven by AI video content tools more quickly.
“The Rephrase.ai team’s expertise in generative AI video and audio technology and experience-building text-to-video generator tools will extend our generative video capabilities — and enable us to deliver more value to our customers faster — all within our industry-leading creative applications,” according to Ashley Still, senior vice president and general manager, Creative Cloud.
“Adobe has a strong track record of accelerating growth through both organic and inorganic innovation. We are always on the lookout for new talent and technology that supports our strategy and creates more value for our stakeholders,” said an Adobe spokesperson.
