With the participation of multiple angel investors, the fashion and lifestyle firm Absolute Brands and Retail secured $2.5 million in its seed investment round headed by Capstone Ventures.
According to Absolute Brands, the money will be utilised for software innovation to build an omnichannel strategy as well as for the creation of an offline store base for Big Hello, the company’s flagship brand.

Speaking about the capital, Prasad stated that the company will strive to realise its goal of establishing a number of “sharply focused apparel brands” that will cater to the unmet demands of Indian consumers, break down barriers in new markets, and upend the current landscape in the fashion industry, as reported by Inc42.
The business intends to open Big Hello retail locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad throughout the span of three months. Big Hello would sell clothing for plus-size Indian consumers.
In the following three years, Absolute Brands plans to physically expand to 500 retail locations throughout India. In addition, the firm intends to introduce three additional clothing lines.
