Finally, in 2006, he founded his startup, Global Nexus, an event management company, and the specific reason behind the startup name was that he wanted to take it to a global level.
This company offer comprehensive event management services. For corporate clients, they provide end-to-end solutions, including event blueprints, budgeting, personnel and program management, destination and venue selection, theme and décor planning, supplier coordination, production scheduling, corporate event videos, and websites. They also manage anchoring, theme parties, and hotel bookings. Whatever your event management needs may be, they handle it all.
Startup Challenges:
For the first 3–4 years, Bhupendra and his team were performing excellently, but then one of the company’s most trusted and senior members left. Her departure led to significant challenges due to the heavy reliance on her. However, Bhupendra didn't lose hope, and to overcome this challenge, Bhupendra dealt with the issue by redistributing responsibilities to the next level of managers and executives.
He strongly believes that if someone wants to perform better in the world of entrepreneurship, so the person needs to be persistent. “There is no scope of setback or relaxation mode.”
Bhupendra says, “Entrepreneurship is basically ownership; an entrepreneur takes business as his own baby, where the person who works comes there, works to earn money, and then leaves; an entrepreneur never leaves.” He is an inspiring entrepreneur, who never stopped himself from learning, this focused man did hard work and dedicated himself to working 24/7.
