In order to oversee fulfillment, supply chain, last mile, and finance tech at the startup for 10-minute grocery delivery, Agarwal joined Zepto as SVP of product last year. He has worked with organizations like Flipkart, Delhivery, and Infra.market for more than 13 years.

“Ankit joined us about a year ago and in that time he has built strong rigour within the fulfilment charter. We've been able to ship world-class technology over the last year; everything from building our entire last mile stack in-house to building and rolling out a warehouse management system in <6 months, and many other needle-moving initiatives," commented Kaivalya Vohra, co-founder and CTO, Zepto.

In order to get ready for its planned IPO in the early part of 2025, the company has been making changes to its top management. Zepto recently increased the role of senior leadership and hired new COO and CFOs. Additionally, the supermarket delivery service secured USD 200 million in a Series E round last month at a USD 1.4 billion valuation.
