Her appointment coincides with the company’s provision of the most potent AI Agents in the industry, which is supported by 100 percent quality assurance and workforce engagement management.
Tretikov is presently the Head of AI Strategy and Partner at NEA. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Microsoft. Her life’s work is dedicated to the formation of interdisciplinary and diverse teams that are dedicated to addressing the most complex issues of the world and empowering humanity through technology.
Her career is distinguished by her exceptional capacity to recognize and navigate transformative technological shifts and market disruptions. Lila has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the context of diverse governance landscapes worldwide, having served on over ten private boards and five international public boards in six countries.

Additionally, she has experience in the management of a top-5 web and media property, a top-10 U.S. retail bank, the largest global energy private-public partnership, and a first-tier venture capital firm. She has also founded and scaled companies.
The career of Tretikov, which spans more than two decades, encompasses work in the fields of AI, renewable energy, and CRM. She is an independent director on the boards of Volvo Cars, Xylem, and Sophia Genetics, and she serves as an advisor on innovation to the United Nations. She will be joining the current board members, including Stephen Ensley, David Erlong, Hisham Hasan, Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, Ryan Lanpher, Kelly Grier, and Tarim Wasim. She has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in the World by Forbes and is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
