The collaboration aims to provide a wide range of advanced digital payment solutions, specifically designed to meet the changing requirements of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
The collaboration will provide Integrated Payment Solutions, encompassing a smooth payment gateway that eradicates transaction fees for UPI and RuPay while presenting discounted rates for other payment methods such as domestic debit and credit cards, as well as online banking.
Additionally, PayU's 'Offer Engine' will assist MSMEs in generating and implementing promotional campaigns at the checkout stage, resulting in larger average transaction amounts and enhanced customer loyalty.
Vi Business aims to improve the productivity and collaboration of MSMEs by providing exclusive offers on a range of products, such as Google Workspace, location monitoring services, personal cloud storage, and mobile security solutions. These tools are specifically created to enhance the efficiency and cooperation of the workforce, hence providing additional support to MSMEs in their commercial activities.
