Jose Manuel Aisa Mancho has been named Chief Financial Officer of VFS Global, a premier provider of technology and outsourcing services to governments and diplomatic missions, with effect from November 1, 2023.
He works at the organization's worldwide headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and responds to the founder and chief executive officer, Zubin Karkaria.

Mancho leaves Cellnex Telecom to join VFS Global. He has worked in a variety of finance-related sub-functions for more than 20 years. Prior to this, he held positions with Cellnex, Abertis Infrastructures, and CriteriaCaixa. Additionally, he held non-executive officer positions with infrastructure firms like TBI Limited, Sanef, and Hispasat.
Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Esade (Barcelona, Spain), a CEMS Masters in International Management from the London School of Economics (London, UK) and has completed Stanford’s Executive Programme (Palo Alto, California).
