VerSe Acquires Digital Marketing Agency Valueleaf

VerSe Innovation, the parent company of Dailyhunt and Josh, a vernacular news aggregator, has made a cash and equity acquisition of Valueleaf Group, a digital marketing firm.

The company stated in the press release that this move is anticipated to accelerate VerSe’s development, with a 10% EBITDA margin and an additional $100 million in revenue in FY25.

The acquisition will produce significant synergies by combining VerSe Innovation’s advertising tech stack and data management platform with Valueleaf’s performance data, extensive supply-side integrations, and industry-focused solutions. This will result in a superior Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for advertisers.
