Vanta, an online security and compliance management platform has secured $150 million in a recent investment round. The funding was spearheaded by venture capital company Sequoia Capital, resulting in a valuation of $2.45 billion for Vanta.

The company has a customer base of over 8,000, which includes prominent entities such as Microsoft-owned developer platform GitHub, hiring site SmartRecruiters, and database company ZoomInfo.
Vanta secured $50 million in funding in 2021 through a round led by Sequoia Capital, who also participated in their subsequent fundraising round the following year. In 2022, the company's valuation reached $1.6 billion after successfully raising $110 million.
