[Funding News] Valyx Raises $800K Pre-Seed Funding Round Led by Huddle Ventures and Waveform Ventures

Valyx, a B2B financial management platform, has secured $800K in its pre-seed funding round, which was jointly led by Waveform Ventures and Huddle Ventures.

Notable investors, such as Bharat Founders Fund and Propell Fund (LetsVenture’s in-house VC fund led by Shanti Mohan), also participated in the round.

The proceeds will be allocated to the recruitment and integration of new sales personnel into the organization, as well as the expansion of its engineering team to expedite the development of its product roadmap.

Valyx, automates invoicing and receivables, thereby enhancing cash flow, expediting financial close, and accelerating payments for businesses. Rate card administration, usage-based billing, collections, cash application, reconciliation, dispute management, and collaborative receivables tracking are among the services it provides.

Valyx automates these critical but repetitive revenue and receivables operations, enabling finance and sales teams to focus on enhancing their relationships with customers.

The startup asserts that it has processed over Rs 200 crore in accounts receivable.

Valyx intends to establish a revenue management platform that is fully AI-powered and incorporates B2B payments and financing within the next two years.
