In a strategic funding round that was initiated and handled by Startup Investments, a part of Info Edge, men's grooming company Ustraa raised INR 16.8 Cr (about $2.1 Mn). In the round, Wipro Enterprises and IIFL Seed Ventures also invested.
Info Edge has invested INR 7.5 Cr, IIFL Seed Ventures Fund-II INR 6.3 Cr, and Wipro Enterprises INR 3 Cr, respectively, according to Entrackr.
Rahul Anand and Rajat Tuli established the D2C men's grooming business Ustraa in 2003. Shampoo, face wash, hair oil, beard oil, and other products are among its product offerings.

Ustraa offers its products largely online, through e-commerce sites like Amazon and Flipkart, as well as through independent retail outlets.
Ustraa rivals brands like Bella Vita, The Man Company, and Beardo, which is owned by Marico.
As of July, Ustraa was available in 9,000 places across the general trade and independent modern trade verticals.
