[Funding alert] Open Source Low-Code Startup ToolJet Raises Funding From Microsoft’s M12 Fund, GitHub Invest

ToolJet, an open-source low-code platform, has received funding from GitHub’s M12 GitHub Fund, and Microsoft’s venture capital fund M12.

In addition to growing its workforce and improving the platform’s artificial intelligence capabilities, ToolJet wants to concentrate on strategic initiatives with the new funding, as per reported by Inc42.

“The investment is a testament to the strength of our platform, community and our vision to democratise software development by making it more accessible to everyone,” Navaneeth Padanna Kalathil, CEO of ToolJet, said.

ToolJet enables businesses to quickly create unique internal tools. Organisations can build effective tools using its low-code platform without having to write a lot of code, which saves time and money.

Tooljet, a company established in April 2021 by Navaneeth Padanna Kalathil, assists clients in enhancing the functionality of the platform by incorporating JavaScript-based plugins. On GitHub, Tooljet implies to have 350 contributors and nearly 20,000 stars.
